How to grasp and use some phrases. 2. Retell Alex’s scho ol day. 3. Write a p assage about their school day correctly. IV Teaching method: Task- based teaching method and co mmunicative method. [ V Teaching Aids: The computer, the tape-recorder. VI Teaching procedures] 1. Revision To review something about the time and some key structures that we have learned last cla ss. 2. Presentation Give some pictures and ask students to use phrases to de scribe them. Give a key structure to practice with their pai rs. 3. Practice Read the passage by themselves and match the picture s with the times. Listen to the tape and then read it by themselves. Check the true sentences. Then read it together and read it by groups. 4. Task 1 Ask six students in a group and to each student chooses a pictur e about the te xt, then des cribes it. 5. Task 2. Ask stud ents to make a survey about their activities and their time. 6. Task 3. According to th e survey to write a composition about their school day. 7. Homework: Ask students to write a short passage.
